Wanted: RomancesDeitha Albron is, as ever, looking for love - in all the wrong places, no doubt. She's only mildly picky - must be cute, must be interesting and must be funny. Also, she doesn't want a man in her life. Men are for the most part brutish and stupid and don't smell particularly nice.
She'd prefer a feisty red-head, at least in her mind, would be up for either the occasional night out, or much more, for the right person - or the right personality. Must like dogs. Or be prepared to learn to like dogs. Ideally likes dogs, especially doofy dogs.

Wanted: Plots for CharactersI have a few characters sort of in reserve, not yet finalised where they're interesting ideas but I don't have plots for them or other characters for them to bounce off. They're actors waiting in the wings, so to speak.
Dominique Miller - part New Orleans heritage, part Jamaican heritage, Dominique's parents were paid off by her mother's family to leave and not return; they moved to Britain during the 'Windrush' era to help rebuild post the Second Muggle World War. Dominique herself is a researcher and author, writing about Louisiana voodoo and its relevance and contrasts with more 'conventional magic'. As a sideline, she also consults to the not-so-wizarding population in the manner of an anthropologist studying ritual practices and so on. She's always been one-foot-in-two-worlds, so this is no great hassle for her professionally.
Looking for: book store owners, other academics, researchers - any reasons to get out and about and for things to happen!

Lincei - a centaur from the colony that lives in the Forbidden Forest. Young and naive, Lincei has been brought up to believe firmly in the 'treachery of the two-legs' and the distrust that centaurs have of wizardkind in general.
Looking for: people to engage in a plot for Lincei to meet wizards, especially students, who can teach him that the humans (and especially wizards) might not be so bad after all. Lots of plotting potential here.

Bobby Cashmore - a third year Ravenclaw student, muggleborn, his first year taking Arithmancy and Ancient Runes. Family live in the Midlands, and work in the railway industry. His father is a hands-on mechanical person and Bobby is similarly minded, often curious about the 'how' of things, and how this can be best used to do something interesting.
Looking for: fellow students to engage in shenanigans around the castle.
